Joshua has been a high-level leader and recruiter for the past 16 years, and loves every minute of it. He has recruited from all across the United States and North America, occasionally even assisting in the European market.

Joshua co-founded in Portland, Oregon, our first Crimson House location, in response to the coronavirus pandemic and subsequent lockdowns in 2020. Known as “J-Millz,” he was instrumental in establishing our presence in the Pacific Northwest.
